Bio
Dawn is an Administrative Research Assistant for the ACT Center of Indiana. She was diagnosed in 1998 with Schizoaffective Disorder with Severe Depression and PTSD. She has one daughter, Jami Schwarzwalder, 2005 graduate of Butler University, Indianapolis, IN and graduate of IUPUI Library School. She is the youngest of 11 children. Mental illness runs her family. She feels by sharing her story at the ACT & IMR trainings and conferences she can help others understand the situations that they might find themselves in pertaining to mental illness.
